Marietta, Georgia Therese Eleanor Kelley Leisy 1926 — 2023 Therese Eleanor Kelley (TEK) Leisy, formerly of Bethesda, MD transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life surrounded by family on Monday, July 3, 2023 following a short illness in Marietta, GA. She was born May 23, 1926 in Greensburg, PA, one of nine children of U.S. Congressman Augustine B. Kelley and Ella Bates Kelley. She married the love of her life, Roland (Hank) Leisy, a USAF pilot in 1953 and was devoted to him for each of their 56 years of marriage. Knoxville, Tennessee Gloria Jean (Smith) Blackwell 1942 — 2023 Blackwell (Smith), Gloria Jean, age 81, of Knoxville, TN, formerly of Greensburg, PA and Appleton, WI, died peacefully at home with her two loving sons by her side after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, June 9, 2023. Gloria was always happy and had a smile on her face even during this past year while ill. Gloria was a devoted Christian and attended Grace Lutheran Church in Knoxville. He was 84. Joe was born at home in North Braddock, Pennsylvania, on November 23, 1938, to the late Joseph A. and Mary (Kraves) Strednak. He spent his first night in a dresser drawer. Joe was considered a good friend and a cool cat in high school. He graduated from Scott High School in 1956 where he played basketball, baseball, and the cymbals in the Marching Band during football season.
